SMS Privacy Policy

How Nexulon LLC handles SMS text messaging consent, message content, and opt-out preferences across all of our products and client businesses.

1. Program Description

Nexulon LLC (“Nexulon”, “we”, “us”) provides SMS text messaging services on behalf of our client businesses — including healthcare clinics, service providers, e-commerce stores, and other small businesses that use our software platforms. When you provide your phone number to one of these businesses and opt in to text messages, Nexulon may send messages to you on that business’s behalf using a registered Nexulon sender number.

2. Types of Messages

Depending on the business you opted in with, you may receive messages such as:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Cancellation and rescheduling notices
  • Order, shipping, and delivery updates
  • Account notifications and security alerts
  • Customer service replies to your inquiries
  • Promotional offers and announcements (only if you opted in to marketing)

3. Message Frequency

Frequency varies by program. Most transactional programs send 1–4 messages per month. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month from any single program unless you actively engage with the messaging service (for example, by booking appointments or replying to messages).

4. Message and Data Rates

Nexulon does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message you receive from us at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further messages from that program. To re-enroll, contact the business you originally opted in with, or text START to the same number.

6. Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us directly at support@nexulonllc.com.

7. Privacy Protections

Your phone number and any personal information you provide are:

  • Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Used only to deliver the messages you opted in to receive
  • Stored securely and only retained as long as needed to provide the service
  • Shared only with the specific business you opted in with, and the carriers and infrastructure providers (such as AWS End User Messaging and Meta WhatsApp Business) required to deliver your messages

Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier’s network conditions and is not guaranteed.

9. Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can continue to use any Nexulon-powered business without enrolling in SMS notifications.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued enrollment in any Nexulon SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
